Joining Ngā Ringa Āwhina family health means you and your whanau will be supported by a kaupapa Māori, nurse-led team that puts people at the centre of care.
Step 1: Complete our enrolment form (online or download).
Step 2: Our team will confirm your enrolment and help you transfer from your current provider if needed.
Step 3: Book your first appointment with our team, this appointment will be 30 minutes with nurse first to ensure we have your health history and initial health checks up to date.
